This site is Buzzida, at https://buzzida.com.
What we collect
You don’t need an account to read Buzzida, and there are no sign-up forms. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
If you leave a comment, WordPress stores your name, email, website, comment text, IP address and browser details, and may check the comment with an automated spam filter. Your email is never shown publicly.
Cookies
WordPress itself sets cookies only if you comment or log in. Affiliate links, and the Skimlinks script that manages them, can set cookies so a retailer knows a purchase came from this site. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity also set their own cookies once you’re being measured; see Analytics below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages get read and how visitors move through the site, so we can improve it. Clarity also records anonymized clicks and scrolls to build heatmaps and session recordings, and it masks passwords and other sensitive fields by default.
If your browser reports a timezone in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, a cookie banner asks you to accept or decline analytics before any tracking starts; your choice is saved in your browser and you won’t be asked again. Visitors elsewhere are measured by default. Logged-in site administrators are never tracked, on any visit.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings, which brings the banner back on your next visit.
Affiliate links and third parties
When you click an affiliate link, you leave Buzzida and the retailer’s own privacy policy applies. Skimlinks processes click data as described in its privacy policy. Articles may include images or media that load from other sites, which then see your visit as if you went there directly.
How long we keep data
Comments and their details are kept until they’re deleted. Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data this site holds about you, for example a comment you left. Use the Contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
